We needed a place for a one-night stay. The room exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and it smelled pleasant. We were very happy with our stay!
Friendly, helpful staff. Super clean. Quiet. Our room had a window that opened wich was nice..in my experience most hotel windows dont open. Close to stores, restaurants and events. They had a shuttle to and from the mohegan sun and foxwoods every half hour from 4pm-2am. Cheap!
My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at the Rosemont Suites, Mike was very sweet and hospitable. The rooms are comfortable was a quiet place. No elevator only two floors and they do provide soap shampoo iron and ironing board coffee microwave mini fridge tv amd Wi-Fi.
It was a nice hotel but not for the price we were paying and the length of stay that we did stay there. Because we had a dog and they said they do accept animals but they charged us an astronomical amount every single night so now we're staying in the Hilton, let's just say a complete different experience.
First and foremost, when you walk into the small quaint lobby, it smells so good and clean. We were greeted by Mike at the front desk who was super helpful, kind and had the best customer service! I was a little taken aback when we entered our room but I'm used to paying $300+ a night. This was a bday surprise planned trip for me by my boyfriend who went budget worthy on the room so we could splurge on the trip. Staying here for 3 nights made me question why we've spent so much in the past. It was a little outdated but super comfortable and really clean. Plus the customer service we received from Mike was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!!
Staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond for my Fiances birthday. Room was clean and spacious. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffe pot/coffe supplied in room. Great nights stay!
Nice little hotel, very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. I gave it a 5 star because of the manager Mike. During my stay (more than one night), this gentleman is very welcoming, polite and did everything in his power to make my stay a great one! So.. if you choose this nice little place for your stay to enjoy the casino or other attractions in the Norwich New London area. Ask for Mike!!! He's the MAN!!!
I'm giving this hotel 4 stars for the combination of price, value, and function. After having a VERY BAD experience at a hotel in the same price range the night before (you can see the place in my other reviews), I was a bit apprehensive to go in on this. The only slightly confusing part was check in. I'm guessing it might be because I checked in late. In either case, I had to call to get someone to let me in to check in. There's not really a reception desk per se. But that's a minor point. The room itself, was more than adequate. It was spacy, clean and comfortable, complete with bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, dresser, TV, WORKING fridge, WORKING microwave and a kitchenette area. The room was also reasonably cooled given that it was a hot summer day. Excellent! Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. Slept better than I sleep at home at this place. Shower and bathroom also in great working order and clean. My note to management is this: Keep doing this! If you uphold this standard, you have a guaranteed guest any time I go to the casino. Kudos!
